APG Cash Drawer, a worldwide manufacturer of mobile cash drawer solutions and POS integration products, was present from January 11-15 at the 2015 National Retail Federation Convention. APG showcased their latest cash recycling technology along with their purpose built European products.
Although the process of retail transactions is changing, cash continues to play a significant role representing up to 60% of a retailers business volume. A cash recycler is a machine that handles various tasks. It accepts and dispenses cash, while storing money securely, keeping an accurate account of cash on hand and automates the cash cycle.
APG Cash Drawer continues to develop products that help retailers control and now process cash transactions. The technology can effectively serve restaurants, quick serve, supermarkets and more. Amongst the purpose built, new lockless cash drawer technology has been integrated along with high capacity drawers built to support heavy coin loads for tough European retail environments.
